Chevrolet after-sales get even better with CCC

Chevrolet Complete Care programme combine five important services to provide customers peace of mind


In their effort to provide the best ownership experience to customers, Naza Quest Sdn. Bhd. has upped their after-sales game with the introduction of the Chevrolet Complete Care (CCC) programme earlier today.

Essentially, CCC is a list of five services that is specifically catered to provide Chevrolet owners a comprehensive vehicle manufacturer warranty, car service, fully-integrated service operating system (Chevy Link), roadside assistance and live chat customer care assistance.

Chevrolet's comprehensive vehicle manufacturer warranty covers five years, or 200,000 km, whichever comes first.


Naza Quest’s vice President, Farid Rosli, said the programme demonstrated the brand's commitment to dependability, quality and value for money.

"It aims to enhance customer experience is available for all Chevrolet customers in the country," he added.

Naza Quest is the sole importer and distributor of Chevrolet vehicles in Malaysia. Their most popular model is the Colorado pick-up truck which was launched late last year.
