Fuel retailers Petron Malaysia have kick-started a brand new consumer campaign and, judging from its grand prizes, it’s one that’s very much targeted towards bikers.
Launched this week was the Petron “Fuel Penuh Gaya MyDebit Je with your ATM Card!” campaign. According to the fuel retailer, this latest effort is aimed at boosting mobility and encouraging the public to spend and travel domestically. The latter aims are evident through the campaign’s key partnership with Tourism Malaysia.
There are 169 prizes up for grab in total, but arguably none stand more attractive than the three Kawasaki Z250 ABS grand prizes and five Modenas Pulsar NS200 ABS first prizes. Additionally, each of these bikes come paired with free hotel stay vouchers too.
Apart from those, other prizes include 10 GoPro Hero 8 action cameras – each of which also paired with free hotel stay vouchers, RM500 worth of Petron Miles points, as well as a year’s supply of Petron Rider 4T Synthetic Blend motorcycle lubricants.
If all these prizes sound tempting to you, then you’d be glad to know that the entry process for this campaign, which runs from Oct 1 until Dec 31 this year, is relatively easy too.
All you need to do is spend a minimum of RM5 on fuel at any participating Petron station using your MyDebit ATM card via its outdoor payment terminals, and submit a photo of your receipt via WhatsApp (019-3886733) or Whoop app.
To refresh your memory, Petron is the first fuel retailer in country to offer customers the option to perform MyDebit ATM card payments at petrol pumps without the pre-authorisation RM200 three-day hold.
