Goodyear Malaysia has widened its selection of tyres with the introduction of the Eagle F1 Sport aimed at the 'everyday driving enthusiast'. The ultra high-performance tyre joins the Eagle F1 range launched in 2019, with the latest offering seemingly geared towards owners of smaller to mid-range vehicles with an appetite of corners instead of the full-fledged track junkie. After all, the 22 sizes available only cater to wheel diameters ranging from 16 to 18 inches, with the catalogue starting at 195/50R16 - a size typically used in the B-segment and in smaller compacts at times. 

Being a member of Goodyear's UHP tyre family, the Eagle F1 Sport can be identified by its 'Eagle Claw' tread design with strengthened shoulder blocks and ActiveControl technology to maximise contact and improve cornering stability and steering precision. Noise barrier strips help deliver quieter performance while braking in wet and dry conditions has supposedly improved thanks to the tyre's high silica loaded tread compound. If you treasure your wheels, you'd be happy to know that these tyres also have wide rim flange protectors to add that extra bit of buffer between bling and curb. 

The Goodyear Eagle F1 Sport is now available at all Goodyear AutoCare centres nationwide, with prices ranging from RM294 to RM678 per tyre.
