Just a week after the 2021 Triumph Speed Twin was officially launched globally, Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia announced its official price for the local market. Starting at RM77,900, the new Speed Twin in Jet Black can be yours for that price but if you want it in the premium colours of either Red Hopper or Matt Strom Grey, that's an additional charge of RM1,000 (prices excluding insurance, road tax, and registration).

Triumph Motorcycles Malaysia is also offering its early bird package where those who place their bookings before 15 July 2021 will reveive two complimentary lube services as well as a 35% discount on Triumph official accessories. If that's not enough, they will also throw in one of three complimentary kits of your choice for the Speed Twin from protection to styling items.

The 2021 Triumph Speed Twin has been enhanced with higher performance, improved handling, updated riding technology, and of course, upgraded looks. This modern-classic 'power roadster' carries that classic design DNA synonymous to the Triumph Motorcycles bikes new and old like its new 17-inch 12-spoke wheels, exhaust silencers, and other bits and pieces to enhance the bike's overall premium-ness.

Powered by a heavily-updated 1,200cc High Power Bonneville twin engine, the 2021 Triumph Speed Twin now produces 100PS at 7,250rpm and 112Nm of torque. Compared to the previous-gen, the 2021 model now produces 3PS more AND it is now Euro5-compliant. They've done a lot of work to achieve this extra power, which is also why the Speed Twin also comes with updated parts for better handling.
