How to 'sharpen' your Ducati Panigale V4, according to Ducati

MCO 3.0 is upon us as one of the Malaysian government's attempts to curb the widespread of COVID-19 in the country, but that doesn't mean you can't get your knowledge on about superbikes and track riding. If you happen to have a 2020/2021 Ducati Panigale V4, Ducati has published a series of 'Tech Talks' videos, showing you how to optimise the performance of their flagship superbike.

Available on YouTube and their official website, these Panigale V4 tutorial videos are led by two very important figures surrounding the Ducati Panigale V4, Ducati Official Tester Alessandro Valia and Ducati Superbike Development Team Leader Carlo Ricci Maccarini.

A total of seven videos shot at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli will give owners a much greater understanding of what the Panigale V4 S is capable of, including all its available settings and features which might be overwhelming for some.

Essentially, the videos focus on two things - how to correctly (and consciously) control and strategise its electronics, and of course, for you to become a better rider (especially in the track). It all starts with the product overview, followed by novelties or available features like riding modes and mappings, Cornering ABS settings, Ohlins electronic suspension control, traction control, and setting the riding modes.

The first two videos have already been posted up, while the rest will be released throughout the month of May. If you're a keen trackday rider who happens to own a 2021 Ducati Panigale V4 S, and you really want to become a better rider, these videos will help you in one of the most important initial steps - understanding your machine.
