TopGear Malaysia, in collaboration with Bina Puri, organized a two-day event at Lamanvila on 13 and 14 June 2015. TopGear Malaysia extended invitations to exclusive car club members to socialise and enjoy some champagne with finger food, while at the same time allowing Bina Puri's sales representatives to approch guests and promote one of its developments.

Sales representatives engaged each guest with a one-to-one conversance and provided a personal guidance tour around the bungalow. This interaction allowed sales respresentatives to convey the details and features of the property to new potential Lamanvila Bungalow owners.

To complement the event, Euromobil and Oris provided added value by having its brand presence and conducting activities. Euromobil, the sole distributor for Audi in Malaysia, displayed a few of their top-of-the-range models - the A4, A6, TT, and Q5 - and organized exclusive test drives for the guests. Oris presented an exhibit of their fine timepiece models and offered discounted prices to guests with any purchase. Oris also contributed two watches worth RM4,200 each for the lucky draw session on both days.

Bina Puri is also offering an attractive "Prestigious Package" as an added incentive to potential buyers. Between June to July 2015 any purchase of the Grandvila Bungalow will be rewarded with an Audi A4 1.8 TFSI worth RM240,000.00, and any purchase of the Condovila will be rewarded with Oris watches worth up to RM30,000.00.
