Motor Image Malaysia has introduced the Subaru Forester 2.0i-S, the latest variant into the Forester SUV family. Priced at RM133,818 (while stocks last. With GST, registration and road tax, not including insurance), the new 2.0i-S comes with a new sports grille, front and rear under spoiler, carbon fibre panel interior trim and gun metal wing mirrors.

Also new is the bespoke suede leather seats.

Just like the locally-assembled Forester 2.0i and 2.0i-P variants (the 2.0XT is imported), the Forester 2.0i-S is powered by a naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder 2.0-litre boxer engine that produces 148bhp and 198Nm. The CVT gearbox channels it to all four wheels.

Buyers can choose between five colour options: Pure White, Silver Metallic, Dark Grey Metallic, Sepia Bronze Metallic and Obsidian Black Metallic.
