Toyota GR Supra manual unleashed - 388 PS, 500 Nm - RM645,000

The wait is finally over for those who were wishing for a Supra with stick shift

Initially offered with an 8-speed automatic in 2019, the new GR Supra is now also available with a 6-speed manual transmission. 

Performance continues to be backed by a twin-scroll turbo-charged 3.0-litre in-line six-cylinder engine delivering 388 PS and a maximum torque of 500Nm at 1800-5000 rpm.

The GR Supra also offers two driving modes -Sports and Normal - which can be selected to tune the engine, transmission, and the damping, and is also fitted with newly-designed 19-inch alloy wheels.

Like its predecessor, the GR Supra is fully-trimmed with top of the range safety equipment in the form of the Toyota Supra Safety suite of Advance Driver Assistance System, Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Rear-end Collision Alert, Intelligent parking sensors with Automatic braking, as well as Toyota Premium Security & Solar Film. 

The GR Supra also comes with an 8.8-inch Multimedia System alongside a Head Up Display to show speed, infotainment and navigation data and using an 8-inch Colour TFT for its speedometer in addition to a 12-speaker JBL Premium Sound System.

GAZOO Racing’s product offering in Malaysia began with the introduction of the GR Supra in 2019, followed up by the global release of the highly-anticipated GR Yaris in 2020. That same year, UMW Toyota Motor unveiled the Vios GR Sport in Malaysia which pays tribute to GR Vios Challenge racing cars.

That being said, the GR Supra manual is available at nine Gazoo Racing garages nationwide with an asking price of RM645,000 on the road without insurance.
