Featuring a short front overhang, long wheelbase and rear overhang, the new C-Class takes a lot of inspiration from the S-Class, including the interior.

All models feature a central star, with the design and character of the radiator grille differing in the details. The C 200 is equipped with Avantgarde line exterior.

The highlights include in particular the radiator grille design with central Mercedes star as well as elegant trim strips in high-sheen aluminium and chrome with lowered comfort suspension and 18-inch 5-spoke wheels.

The distinguishing feature of the C 300 with AMG Line exterior is the Mercedes-Benz pattern grille with the star design in chrome.

The expressive body styling of the AMG Line lends the exterior of the C-Class a sporty, exclusive touch along with 19-inch AMG multi spoke wheels. Other key exterior highlights include a panoramic sunroof, LED High Performance headlamps with Adaptive High Beam Assist.

The lamps for the first time have a two-piece design in the C-Class, with the light functions divided between the side wall and boot lid lamps. Their precisely configured interiors also showcase the standard of particularly high quality in detail with the silver grey diamond-pattern trim.

Inside, the new C-Class brings the innovation leadership of the flagship S-Class to the sport sedan segment.

From its lifelike voice assistant to its next-generation driver assists, the vehicle looks after driver and its passengers like never before.

The dashboard and central display which are slightly tilted towards the driver by six degrees now features a high-resolution 12.3” free-standing driver display.

The touchscreen appears to float above the expanse of trim. Like the dashboard, the screen is slightly tilted towards the driver.

A high-quality chrome insert divides the center console into a rear, padded section for the armrest and a front section in lustrous jet black. The seemingly free-floating central display rises smoothly and seamlessly from this three-dimensional surface.

The vehicle is also equipped with the latest generation MBUX (NTG 7) with MBUX Navigation Premium.

The driver area features a high-resolution LCD screen. It is free-standing, and appears to float in front of the wing profile and the expanse of trim. This sets the driver display apart from traditional cockpits with classic round dials.

The central display with touch control, which is slightly inclined towards the driver, is 11.9 inches. In combination with this, the driver display measures 12.3 inches.

The dashboard is divided into an upper and a lower section: into a wing-like section with new, flattened round vents reminiscent of aircraft engine nacelles, and into an opulent expanse of trim.

Other cabin highlights including fingerprint scanner, front wireless charging, premium ambient lighting and smartphone integration package.

While the C200 Avantgarde Line is powered by a turbocharged 1.5-litre engine producing 204 hp at 5,800 rpm and 300 Nm from 1,800 to 4,000 rpm, the C300 AMG Line is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo engine making 258 PS and 400 Nm of torque.

Both versions also come with an electric motor which makes 15 kW and 200 Nm of torque.

In terms of performance, the C200 is capable of sprinting from standstill to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds while the C300 AMG Line does the same in 6.0-seconds flat. As for the top speed, the C200 is capable of hitting 246 km/h while the C300 AMG Line goes up to 250 km/h.

Fuel consumption is rated at 6.6 l/100km for the C200 Avantgarde and 7.0 l/100km for the C300 AMG Line.

That being said, the Step Up Agility Financing Plan starts from RM 2,388 per month for the Mercedes-Benz C 200 and RM 2,888 per month for the Mercedes-Benz C 300.
