In addition to showcasing the electronic components used in vehicles, the 2035 E-Mobility Taiwan expo is going to present a full range of future-oriented and sustainable solutions for electric and autonomous vehicles as well.

In an effort to reach out and invite Malaysian automobile stakeholders to visit the 3-in-1 mega show, the Bureau of Foreign Trade from Taiwan recently held a teaser event in Kuala Lumpur to raise the awareness on the event among Malaysians.

During the event, the show organizer TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) showed Malaysian stakeholders what to expect in Taipei AMPA 2023.

The Automotive Research & Testing Center (ARTC) of Taiwan then provided an insight into EV trends and current development, namely companies like MIH Consortium which created an open EV ecosystem promotes collaboration in the mobility industry.

Novelzon Autotronics Sdn Bhd, which is a Malaysian company, also shared their point of view of the EV revolution in Malaysia.

The teaser event received overwhelming support from local automotive-related associations here in Malaysia such as the Malaysia Automotive Component Parts Manufacturers (MACPMA), Federation of Motor and Credit Companies Association of Malaysia (FMCCAM), and Federation of Motor and Credit Companies Association of Malaysia (FMCCAM).

While the global automotive industry had a dip in production, Taiwan saw a 30% increase in exports based on its ability to customize auto parts, aftermarket parts, and heavy investment in smart production, with the United States as the largest exporting nation.

In addition, this increase coincides with a rise in demand for vehicles and their related products, and the 3-in-1 mega show will also expand its exhibits, from fuel to electric vehicle parts, to accommodate this trend.

Taiwan is not only known for its high-quality custom manufacturing and OEM automotive aftermarket parts but also has a strong R&D ability in the ICT industry, where you can find the suppliers of Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, and Fisker.
