Shell Malaysia has gone further into online business after launching the Shell Malaysia Official Online Store on the 11street portal. This allows for more convenience for customers throughout the country to purchase genuine Shell Helix oil change services – including Shell Helix lubricant, oil filter, and labour chargers – online.

How it works is that customers can purchase e-vouchers for the service packages from the portal (http://www.11street.my/promotion-page/shell-official-store), call to set an appointment, and use it at their preferred workshops (from a list of 45 participating Shell Heli-branded workshops after showing the purchase via the 11street mobile application. Purchase of the e-vouchers start in Peninsular Malaysia first, but will be available in Sabah and Sarawak soon.

Those who purchase the Shell Helix packages on the portal are also eligible to register for the Shell Advantage and Rewards (SHARE) loyalty programme. After its online registration, SHARE offers, among others, a buy-3-free-1 for purchases of Shell Helix Ultra, oil change reminders, and seasonal promotions.

In addition, car owners can also take advantage of the Shell Helix Engine Warranty (SHEW) provided that the car is no older than seven years old and with 150,000 or below in the odometer.

Shell Malaysia and 11street is organising the Spend & Win contest to celebrate the launch of the official online store where customers who purchase an oil change service package using either Shell Helix Ultra with PurePlus Technology, High Mileage or HX7 motor oil on 11street may win RM500 in shopping credit. The contest will run from 16 to 29 April 2018.
