Selected Mitsubishi service centres in Malaysia resume operations

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has confirmed that a selected number of its official service centres across the nation have resumed operations today following approval from the Ministry of Internal Trade and Industry (MITI) to do so as the country enters Phase Four of the Movement Control Order (MCO).

To ensure the wellbeing of their customers and personnel during this period, service centres will operate strictly on an appointment basis with owners no longer permitted to wait at the premises while their vehicles are being serviced (only pick-up and drop-off allowed). Other health and safety measures include contactless car acceptance, mandatory temperature checks and mask usage, provision of hand sanitisers at the entrance and vehicle sanitisation upon completion of service.

The Mitsubishi Assist 24Hours call centre for emergencies (1-800-88-2166 or 03-21610246) continues to remain in operation during this period.
