New Volvo 3S Centre opens in Johor
Volvo aficionados in the Peninsula’s southern region take note, Volvo Car Malaysia (VCM) have just opened the doors of a brand new 3S (Sales, Service and Spare parts) centre in Skudai, Johor.
This new showroom and service centre is operated by dealer-partner Pekin Auto Sdn Bhd, marking said firm’s first venture with the renowned Swedish marque in the local premium automotive marketspace.
Occupying a total of 50,000 square feet, the new Volvo 3S Centre in Skudai, Johor adheres to the Volvo brand’s latest ‘Volvo Retail Experience’ (VRE) premise design and motif.
According to VCM, its new VRE dealer guide best communicates the brand’s Scandinavian-inspired values. That aside, the centre also houses five service bays plus one alignment bay, all of which being staffed by Volvo-certified technicians.
On top of that and the range Volvo’s current models on display, the showroom area also houses an exclusive Volvo premium merchandise retail area too.
“Our brand puts high emphasis on people, safety, and the environment. It extends beyond our cars – we are committed to ensure that our customers are looked after throughout their ownership journey,” said Mr Nalin Jain, Managing Director of Volvo Car Malaysia during the new centre’s officially opening earlier today.
Located within the same vicinity as Skudai’s famed Sutera Mall retail haven, this new centre’s showroom opens from 8:30 am till 6:00 pm, from Mondays to Saturdays, and from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm on Sundays.
The service centre, on the other hand, opens from 8:30 pm till 6:00 pm from Mondays to Fridays, and from 8:30 am till 1:00 pm on Saturdays.
