New Nissan 3S centre opens in Kota Bharu

Nissan vanguards Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) welcomes a brand new 3S centre into its network located in the Kelantan state capital of Kota Bharu.

Operated by recently appointed dealers Edaran Nuri Sdn Bhd, Nissan’s latest outlet located along Kota Bharu’s Jalan Pasir Puteh will now serve customers within its vicinity.

Notably, this new centre sports a dynamic new appearance as it’s the first to adopt the new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC). ETCM says this new corporate identity (CI) promises “an improved customer experience and journey of Nissan brand”.

Key highlights of the NRC design includes a whole new exterior outlook complete with a bolder Nissan tablet signage, a spruced up sales and consultation area that’s both warmer and more comfortable, as well as an enhanced delivery bay design.

Appearances aside, the 12,260 square feet facility is poised to serve customers better through its five-car shworoom space and its three-car service bay, the latter manned by authorised technicians and able to turn around up to 15 cars daily.

Visiting customers can also bask in the centre’s novel café-styled lounge, stay connected via the free wi-fi offered on premise whilst the presence of a children’s play area should ease visitors who bring their families over.

In case you were wondering, this new Nissan 3S centre in Kota Bharu also currently practices to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as mandated by government in a bid to further curb the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Temperature checks upon entry, social distancing, as well as the dispensing of hand sanitizers plus the mandatory use of a face mask are included and enforced. On top of which, ETCM further emphasized that regular cleaning and sanitisation of both the premise and customer cars (before and after servicing) are being practiced too.

As for operating hours, Nissan’s new 3S facility in Kota Bharu is open daily from 8:30am to 5:30pm except for Fridays where it is closed between 12:30pm and 2:30pm to observe the weekly Friday prayers routine.
