Following the government's recent announcement of loosening the Movement Control/Restriction Order (MCO/MRO) conditionally, auto conglomerate Naza Group have announced that several of its key brands and subsidiaries have resumed operations starting this week.

Amongst them are Naza Italia Sdn Bhd (Ferrari and Maserati), NZ Wheels Sdn Bhd (authorised Mercedes-Benz dealership), Naza Kia Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Kia Malaysia), Nasim Sdn Bhd (Peugeot), Naza Euro Motors Sdn Bhd (Citroen and DS) and Naza Motor Trading Sdn Bhd (Naza Auto Mall).

While certain premises will fully resume operations this week such as the Naza Auto Mall, some like the group's Kia Malaysia network will be resumed in in stages starting this week.

As with other auto brands that have done the same the past week, there are restrictions thats need adhering to such setting appointments (no walk-ins), as well as entry screening and crowd control protocols in most. In other words, customers who wish to visit any of the group's respective brand service centres are required to contact the respective branches beforehand and book service slots.

As for warranties, the group reassures that all warranties for Peugeot, Citroen and DS brands will still be honoured even if service appointments or due dates fall within the MCO period.

Kia, which had already kickstarted its 'Kia Promise' program, see all existing warranties remain valid even if preventive maintenance service could not be performed during the MCO. Said initiative also covers vehicle warranties that end during the MCO and those unable to get warranty repairs performed on their vehicle during that period.

Furthermore, Kia customers get an additional grace period of two months or 2,000km (in moderation) beyond the standard six months or 10,000km service interval to service their vehicle following the end of MCO.

For more information on the operating times and services of each brand, customers are advised to refer to their respective social media pages, or by calling their respective customer service hotlines.
