Honda showrooms closed until 14 June 2021, after-sales still available

By sep, 01 June 2021

Honda Malaysia has announced that it will be temporarily closing some of its business operations from now until 14 June 2021 in compliance with the two-week 'total lockdown' imposed by the Malaysian government to combat the widespread of COVID-19 in the country.

The operations that will be halted are its assembly plant in Pegoh, Melaka, sales offices, as well as dealer showrooms across the country. On the bright side, Honda's after-sales services are still operational throughout the 'total lockdown' period, which includes preventive maintenance, Body and Paint (BP), and towing assistance.

Honda customers are encouraged to use the HondaTouch mobile app for a faster and simpler after-sales services appointment process, but the normal phone call to the nearest showroom with after-sales services works too. No walk-ins are allowed, though. It is now compulsory for customers to make an appointment beforehand to ensure smoother operations throughout the period of time. Stay safe, folks!
