The CR-V with Mugen bodykit you saw last at KLIMS last year is now available for sale. Better be quick if you want it, though, because only 300 units are available, and you can bet that all will be sold before you know it. Price for it depends on which of the two colours is chosen: Passion Red Pearl goes for RM152,900, while the one in White Orchid Pearl is RM153,300 (without insurance).
What you get with the CR-V Mugen Limited Edition is a bodykit that includes Front Under Spoiler, Front Grille Garnish, Side Garnish, Rear Under Spoiler, Rear Upper Wing and the Mugen Emblem. And this special SUV is based on the 1.5-litre turbocharged 2WD variant that makes 193ps and 243Nm.
Honda Malaysia managing director and chief executive officer, Mr. Toichi Ishiyama said, “Early this year, we introduced two special editions in our models which are the Jazz Mugen and BR-V Special Edition. Based on good market response and encouraging feedback from customers, we are introducing the limited edition for one of our best sellers, the CR-V.”

The fifth-generation Honda CR-V is the no.1 non-national SUV at the moment, with close to 27,000 units sold since it was first launched in 2017 until June 2019. Overall, the Honda CR-V has recorded a sales of 95,000 units since it was first assembled in Malaysia in 2003.
