The Ferrari Daytona SP3 received the award at the Paris Festival Automobile International

The 37th Paris Festival Automobile International saw a lot of beautiful machines under the spotlight, but none more coveted than the Ferrari Daytona SP3 which was awarded with the grand prize of the "Most Beautiful Supercar 2022". A panel of expert judges and influential motoring personalities came to that conclusion, and it's hard to deny them.

They also awarded awarded Ferrari’s Chief Design Officer, Flavio Manzoni, with the Grand Prize of Design, so a double-whammy for the Italian supercar manufacturer. Parked under the limited-edition 'Icona' series, the Ferrari Daytona SP3 is said to have all the right elements balancing from rounded figures to sharp edges reminiscing from the 60s and 70s.

According to Manzoni, "These two important awards are indisputable proof of the levels of quality and #excellence reached by the #ferrari Styling Centre, which I have the privilege of  leading, and of the sophisticated formal research carried out on the #ferrari Daytona SP3."

Powered by a 6.5-litre V12 engine, the Daytona SP3 produces a very healthy 830hp at 9,250rpm and 697Nm of torque 7,250rpm. It's also the first road-going Ferrari with a mid-mounted V12 engine since the Ferrari Enzo introduced in 2002. The sudden feeling of old just hit us as we realised that the Enzo was launched 20 years ago.
