BMW Motorrad has introduced a whole new custom Option 719 parts range for its top-of-the-line Heritage models, the BMW R 18 and R 18 Classic. These new custom offerings will be available globally starting September 2021, which include cylinder head covers, seat, paint finish, wheels, and many more.

The most obvious exterior change can be seen via the Option 719 Galaxy Dust and Titanium Silver 2 metallic finishes which the entire R 18 a very sexy violet/turquoise blue finish. BMW Motorrad has stated that this colour combo is even more stunning when exposed to sunlight thanks to its large effect pigments mixed within the paint.

There's also the Option 719 Design Package AERO range which consists of brushed colourless anodised aluminium cylinder head covers, front cover, and intake snorkel cover. These parts offer a 'streamliner' look inspired from the 1920s and 1930s, which also blend perfectly well with the Option 719 seat that finished in black with diamond-shaped quilted embossing, as well as the BMW and 719 symbols.

Those who feel that the standard wheels on the BMW R 18 and R 18 Classic are a bit too basic can opt for the Option 719 Wheels AERO and ICON, which are cast alloy six-spoke wheels finished in matt silver and matt black respectively. The milled areas of the spokes give a nice contrast to the painted parts of the wheels, hence the name Contrast Cut.

As stated above, the new Option 719 parts for the BMW R 18 and R 18 Classic will be arriving in markets around the globe in stage. Considering that BMW Motorrad Malaysia has launched both models here (and looking at how well the sales have been doing), we can expect to see the new Option 719 parts arrive in due time.
