2021 was the best sales year for Ducati in 95 years of history

Despite the trials and tribulations presented by COVID-19, Ducati recovered massively in 2021 with over 59,000 bikes sold around the world. Closing off the books for 2021 with approximately 59,447 units successfully delivered, 2021 was seen as Ducati's best sales year ever since its inception, 95 years ago.

The United States market alone saw a 24% increase compared to 2020 whereas other major countries like Australia saw a whopping 50% extra compared to the previous year. Ducati's best-selling model is unsurprisingly the Multistrada V4 with close to 10,000 units successfully sold to customers around the globe (9,957 to be exact).

The Multistrada V4's sales figure is closely followed by the Ducati Scrambler 800 range with a total of 9,059 units sold globally, followed by the very interesting Ducati Monster sitting pretty at 8,734 units successfully delivered to customers. Unsurprisingly, Ducati plans to exceed these figures with its 2022 model line-up, which includes the very interesting 2022 Ducati DesertX model.
