Covid-19: Modenas reopens selected service centres

By thoriq, 21 April 2020

National motorcycle manufacturer Modenas announced that it has reopened a handful of its authorised service centres during the on-going and now extended Movement Restriction/Control Order (MRO/MCO).

As per instructions from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), the brand's service centres located in Subang, Ipoh, Gurun and Kuatan specifically have been allowed to open and resume its efforts at serving customers.

However, these centres are only allowed to operate at minimal staff capacity and only twice a week – Mondays and Thursdays. Additionally, customers who wish to get their bikes serviced at these centres MUST set service appointments beforehand as walk-ins aren't allowed.

Until further notice from the government, Modenas says that these authorised service centres in particular will enact these operating procedures starting this week form April 20.

By the way, customers wanting to set up service appointments at these service centres can do so online by clicking these blue words. Alternatively, customers can do the same via WhatsApp Messenger by messaging the Modenas Careline at 019-5708135.
