Book your post-MCO service with Volkswagen online now

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) expanded its online efforts in light of the on-going Movement Control Order (MCO). Today, the firm announced a special 'Welcome Back' service initiative for owners to book their post-MCO service appointments online now.

With this, VW owners can set their post-MCO service dates online via a special section of Volkswagen Malaysia's website. Upon submission of interest, a VW personnel will be in touch to make the necessary arrangements.

Take note that the appointment must be made within 30-days after the MCO is lifted. Additionally, owners who are not redeeming their free maintenance service and are not Volkswagen Care Plus (VCP) members are entitled to an additional RM50 engine oil voucher.

Owners entering their fifth year of ownership, on the other hand, are encouraged to sign up for the Volkswagen Care Plus programme to enjoy its benefits.

Besides accessing its website, VPCM also notes that all owners will need to download the Volkswagen Cares mobile app – available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store – to enjoy these benefits too.

Like many other carmakers, VPCM reiterated that it will continue to honour the warranty of cars that were not able to meet the schedule service maintenance during the Movement Control Order.

Prior to this special service initiative, VPCM ramped up its online presence with its novel new eShowroom initiative to aid keen prospects who had their purchase plans delayed by the on-going MCO. You can read how you can still buy a brand new Volkswagen by clicking these blue words...
