BMW Motorrad Malaysia will be launching the new C 400 scooters & G 310 models

BMW Motorrad Malaysia is looking to upgrade its urban mobility and street bike offerings in the near future. There are four models currently featured under that category, which are the BMW C 400 scooters and G 310 street bikes, and the new models will be launched very, very soon.

BMW Motorrad Malaysia posted a short teaser video on their social media page, which clearly stated the four models mentioned above. Knowing how they've worked in the past, we won't be surprised if they introduced all four models in one go. The question now would be when is the right time to do so.

Considering that the country is still in Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan, we are still undergoing a lot of restrictions in terms of movement and other activities. Nevertheless, it's not stopping their plans to hype up the new models, which focus more on the affordability of the brand's overall portfolio.

The latest BMW C 400 X and C 400 GT are mid-sized scooters that are fitted with a 350cc single-cylinder engine that produces 34hp and 35Nm of torque. Other unique features include an 'electronic throttle grip', Automatic Stability Control (ASC), new dual-disc brake package, plus many more.

As for the new G 310 GS and G 310 R, we can expect to see that most of the specs will be retained, apart from new and exciting colour options such as the Triple Black and '40 Years of GS' for the G 310 GS, and new style Passion in Kyanite blue metallic for the G 310 R. Both models are fitted with a 313cc single-cylinder engine that produces 34hp and 28Nm of torque.

Expect these bikes to be formally introduced here in Malaysia in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more updates.
