BMW  Malaysia announces online pre-booking for XM

In celebration of BMW M GmbH’s 50th anniversary, BMW Malaysia announces the online pre-booking for the first-ever BMW XM, the first BMW M GmbH high-performance luxury SAV with electrified drive, which will commence from 20th October 2022.

Currently in the final stages of its development, the BMW XM features the seamless hybrid drive system, coupled with model-specific M suspension technology to create an unmatched, dynamic driving experience .Production is anticipated to begin at the US BMW Group Spartanburg plant in December 2022.

This car combines the design language of the BMW X models with bold extroversion and uncompromising luxury. This ,in combination with the superior performance of a BMW M model, makes for an electrifying appearance. The  result is an exciting  appearance  that  goes  beyond  the traditional codes and conventions.

As standard, the BMW XM features the M Aerodynamics Package and M High-Gloss Shadow Line, with Extended Contents available for the Shadow Line profile. Other than that, Adaptive LED headlights with High-beam Assistant are also included as standard.

Total power train output of the BMW XM is rated at an astounding 480 kW / 653 hp and 800 Nm  of  torque,  delivered  via an  eight-speed  Step Sport automatic transmission.  Century  sprint takes just 4.3 seconds .With the inclusion of Launch Control, maximum accelerated is ensured from a standstill. For the First-Ever BMW XM, top speed is capped at 250 km/h (270 km/h with the M Driver’s package, which is included as standard), while electric top speed is capped at 140 km/h.

Exterior color offerings for the BMW XM include Cape York Green Metallic, Carbon Black, Marina  Bay  Blue,  Toronto  Red,  Mineral  White,  Black  Sapphire  and  Dravite  Grey.  As  for  interior upholstery, available offerings include Leather Merino Deep Lagoon with exclusive contents, Leather Merino Silverstone with exclusive contents, Leather Merino Black and Leather Merino Sakhir Orange.
