The first RM14 million Aston Martin Valkyrie customer car is complete!

Aston Martin has announced that its game-changing Valkyrie hypercar has officially gone into full production mode and the first unit is already completed and waiting to be delivered to its very proud owner. More deliveries of the Valkyrie will take place in the coming weeks for this true 'F1 car for the road'.

Manufactured at the brand's HQ in Gaydon, England, a team of highly skilled technicians and craftsmen will be hand-building a total of 150 units of the Aston Martin Valkyrie. Each unit takes over 2,000 man-hours to complete, and before they're delivered to the customers, each Valkyrie will be put through its paces at the Aston Martin high-performance facility located at Silverstone.

According to Aston Martin's CEO, Tobias Moers, "It is an immensely proud moment for us to complete our first-ever hypercar. The Aston Martin Valkyrie programme has tested everyone who has worked on it to the limit but the commitment to the dream has produced a truly incredible car, an F1® car for the road. The Valkyrie is born out of the steadfast dedication of a large group of highly skilled engineers and technicians who have worked tirelessly to get #valkyrie to the production stage. I'm sure our customers will be delighted with what they have achieved."

The Aston Martin Valkyrie is powered by a Cosworth 6.5-litre V12 hybrid powertrain that produced a whopping 1,155PS over 900Nm of gut-wrenching torque. And the hybrid part of the hypercar comes from Rimac together with a bunch of electronic features that surpass F1 cars of today such as active aerodynamics, active suspension, and variable ride height just to name a few. Price? £2.5 million per unit, which is over RM14 million. Ayacaramba.
