Complementing the engine is a Ride-by-wire throttle management system, an airbox with front air vent, 2,048 mm throttle bodies, as well as a Multiplate wet clutch with a slipper system.
Built on a Frame in steel tubing and a built-in subframe, the Tuareg also comes with aluminium engine connection plates which contribute to the overall lightweight nature of the bike.

At the rear, the Tuareg is fitted with an aluminium swingarm and fully adjustable Kayaba monoshock suspension.
Stopping power comes in the form of 300 mm floating double discs, and a Brembo floating calliper with double opposing pistons in front. As for the rear brakes, we have a 260 mm disc and a single piston Brembo calliper.
Also part of the package is the APRC suite of rider assistance features which includes ATC (traction control), AEB (engine brake), AEM (engine maps), ACC (cruise control), as well as four riding modes comprising two set modes and two customisable ones.
Offered in three colour options – Indalco Tagelmust, Acid Gold, and Martian Red, the Aprilia Tuareg 660 is fully imported from Italy.
According to Didi Resources, only seven units of the Tuareg 660 are available for sale for the year 2022. However, it is said that more units will be brought in when the demand rises over time.
Those who wish to get a first-hand riding experience on the Tuareg 660 or the Aprilia SR-GT scooter can head to the brand’s roadshow which will be happening at the FTW Dirt Track in Bandar Gamuda Cove near Cyberjaya tomorrow.
