The new CKD version is about RM13,000 cheaper than the outgoing CBU model

Bermaz Motor Sdn Bhd, the sole distributor of Mazda vehicles in Malaysia today officially welcomed the new locally assembled 2023 Mazda CX-30 crossover.

The 2023 Mazda CX-30, which is the third production model that is locally assembled at the Inokom Assembly Plant in Kulim, Kedah, will be offered in four variants with prices as mentioned below:

• Mazda CX-30 2.0L 2WD STD - RM 128,109
• Mazda CX-30 2.0L 2WD High - RM 136,109
• Mazda CX-30 2.0L 2WD High+ - RM 146,109
• Mazda CX-30 2.0L 2WD High+ Premium - RM 156,109

All four variants are powered by the same 2.0 litre Skyactiv-G naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 162 hp at 6,000 rpm and 213 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm, which is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. 

As you can see, there is no AWD version as all variants are front-wheel-driven. Also same across the board is the 51-litre fuel tank and the fuel consumption rating of 6.4L/100km.
