Boon Siew Honda has launched the New 2023 Honda Wave Alpha with a fuel injection engine that is Euro 4-compliant along with a refreshed appearance.
Highlights of the new Honda Wave Alpha include:
- New Euro 4-compliant 110cc engine, now with Fuel Injection Technology
- New body design of Sports Accent for slimmer and more dynamic appearance
- New speedometer and taillight design for a refreshed modern outlook
- Larger fuel tank capacity for extra mileage with a single fill
- Large under-seat storage for added convenience
For the 2023 model, the upgraded engine produces 8.7 hp of power at 7,500 rpm and 8.67 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm.
Fuel consumption on the other hand is rated at 70.9 km/l from the fuel consumption measurement mode (WMTC), making it a top performer in terms of fuel consumption in its class.
The fuel efficiency sees an upgrade of 12.3km/l from the previous model back in 2019, which was already powered by one of the most efficient combustion engines in its category.
In addition, we have the new taillight design which gives the bike a sporty presence when viewed from the rear, The Honda Wave Alpha also comes with a new speedometer that displays all the necessary information and also comes with FI indicator.
Last but not least, the Wave Alpha’s upgraded 4.1L fuel tank capacity makes it more convenient for riders to go about their daily commuting with more added reserve fuel in store.
The under-seat storage is now 7.3L which is twice larger as the previous model, providing added storage for riders to pack their important belongings together.
That being said, the new 2023 Honda Wave Alpha will be available in colours namely Vivacity Red, Pearl Nightfall Blue, and Clipper Yellow, with an asking price of RM5,179
