Suzuki's latest 1,000cc streetfighter has finally arrived on our shores, folks

After the brand's distributorship takeover, Suzuki Malaysia rolled out a total of eight models to restart Suzuki's two-wheel fire here in the country. Today, they've introduced two more new models, the 2022 Suzuki GSX-S1000 and the Suzuki Burgman 400 scooter (more on this model later).

For those looking for the ultimate streetfighter, this is Suzuki's top-of-the-line option and it's arguably the brand's most technologically advanced model yet. Sharing a lot of resemblance to the GSX-R1000 superbike, the new GSX-S1000 is sharper and more aggressive in terms of design and you can clearly see that via its jet fighter-like front and rear designs.

That stack LED front headlight design is also one of the main differences you can tell with the latest generation GSX-S1000 model. Speaking of power, it comes with a 999cc liquid-cooled inline-four engine that produces 150hp at 11,000rpm thanks to some new intakes, camshafts, valve springs, clutch, airbox, and more. Despite the power output, the new GSX-S1000 is actually Euro-5 compliant that its new Suzuki Exhaust Tuning system and muffler.
