Only 5,000 units of the Honda RS-X Repsol Edition will go on sale

Boon Siew Honda (BSH) has announced the latest variant of its 150cc super moped, the 2022 Honda RS-X Repsol Edition. Launched back in November 2021, the reception of this modern cub has been a positive one judging by the sheer number of units seen on the roads.

The Repsol livery is nothing new for the Boon Siew Honda camp. It's a good look for the RS-X, but after years of watching MotoGP and Repsol Honda's same livery year after year (only this year is a bit different), we're not entirely sure which RC213V this Honda RS-X is paying homage to. Could be 2021, could be 2022, we'll never know.

Anyway, the rest of the Honda RS-X remains the same as the Repsol edition, including its 150cc liquid-cooled DOHC engine which produces around 15.8hp and 13.6Nm of torque. ABS and a fully-digital speedometer are also included in the Honda RS-X package across the board.

There will only be 5,000 units made available for the 2022 Honda RS-X Repsol Edition. Price-wise, Boon Siew Honda has set it at RM9,948 (excluding insurance, road tax, and registration). That's an increase of RM1,260 compared to the non-Repsol colour options. Worth it?
