2021 Volkswagen Polo ready for global debut on April 22nd

By sep, 20 April 2021

Volkswagen has teased us with an image of its latest 2021 Volkswagen Polo, which is set for its global debut on 22 April 2021 (this Thursday). It's only the front end that's been shown to indicate a decent facelift exercise thanks to the new front end design as well as redesigned LED headlights.

The Polo has been a staple for Volkswagen since 1975, and its success has been replicated not just in Germany, but all over the world. After around 18 million units successfully sold in the past 45 years, a new and refreshed Polo is something that a lot of us are looking forward to this coming Thursday (considering the fact that the Polo Mk6 has been around since 2017).

Its journey through time has led to this new evolution of VW's compact car offering and based on what we can see, those striking LED headlights, light strips, and new front grille seem to blend seamlessly with its very bold and bright purple colourway.

Not much else can be said about this upcoming Polo, all we can do now is just for its world premiere in two days' time. For now, we can expect a good amount of additions rather than just a refreshed exterior. Well, hopefully. Stay tuned for more updates.
