Following a reported issue with the rubber seal of the engine compartment by Daimler AG, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is instituting a recall for a selected batch of E-Class (Model Series 212) and CLS-Class (Model Series 218) vehicles, all of which have been identified.

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia via its authorised dealers will begin informing all affected customers and conduct rectification work in mid-March. The rectification work is expected to take less than an hour.
