Miri, Sarawak, now boasts East Malaysia’s largest Honda 3S centre owned by SYK RW Motor Sdn. Bhd. With this, the state now has seven Honda dealership: three in Kuching, two in Miri, plus one each in Sibu and Bintulu.

The opening of this new 3S centre is perfect timing looking at the brand’s increasing presence in the region; from January to November 2017, Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ()HMSB) saw sales in East Malaysia stand at more than 6,600 units or about 7 per cent of the overall sales of HMSB of more than 98,200 units. Sarawak recorded 60 per cent of that amount in the region with more than 4,000 units, with the BR-V being the most popular amongst buyers.

SYK RW Motor has more than 40 years experience in the automotive industry before opening the new 3S centre. The facility took an investment of RM7 million and with a size of 48,000 sq. ft. There are 12 service bays that is able to accommodate up to 40 cars daily. In the meantime, customers can wait in the customer lounge, or executive lounge.

The other usual facilities such as WiFi, surau, kid’s corner, as well food and beverages all also provided. SYK RW Motor also provides complimentary car wash, together with road tax and insurance renewal for all its customers.

Miri’s latest 3S Honda centre is located at Lot 1772, Block 10, Jalan Cahaya, Miri Concession Land District.
