With the world premiere of the Infiniti Q30 slated for the Frankfurt motor show in September 2015, Infiniti has teased the masses with an official image of the Q30 interior.

The official press release explained that "Infiniti interior designers have selected highest quality materials and processes to create a premium modern ambiance" and that the seats have been "constructed for enhanced comfort and support with an elevated hip-point." It does sound pretty fancy, but the image above seems to indicate a strong justification for that claim.

The Q30 will be Infiniti's attempt at the compact premium hatchback segment, going up against the likes of the Audi A3, BMW 1-Series, and Mercedes A-Class. It should also be pointed that, underneath, the Q30 is actually an A-Class Benz, thanks to Nissan's engineering alliance with Daimler. So it looks like there'll be a bit of sibling rivalry going on.
