Volkswagen launches ‘Volkswagen Cares’

The newly launched ‘Volkswagen Cares’ customer loyalty programme is the main thrust by Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) to demonstrate the company’s commitment to care and provide the best service. And to best let customers experience this, VPCM has developed the Volkswagen Cares app, available on Android and iOS.

On this platform, the user can learn of service offers, owner rewards, watch educational videos and learn about event updates. Although the app is best for VW owners, non-Volkswagen users can also find it very informative particularly when requiring information regarding the products.

Managing director of VPCM, Erik Winter says, “Volkswagen Cares applies on all levels, be it to our colleagues, dealer partners and our other stakeholders. And more importantly, it is how we interact, engage and serve our customers better.”

Owners with a VW model which is five years or older should also take advantage of the exclusive Volkswagen Care Plus (VCP) programme. This requires a one-time payment of RM138 that will give three 20 per cent service discount vouchers, 2-year extension of Volkswagen’s Roadside Assistance, and a RM100 merchandise voucher, all which can be viewed and managed within the Volkswagen Cares mobile app. Customers who are interested to be part of Volkswagen Care Plus can sign up at any VW dealer and make the payment to receive their membership card.
