Despite slower sales and reduced showroom traffic in 2020 due to the pandemic and ensuing Movement Control Order (MCO), Honda Malaysia still managed to sell 60,460 new cars in the space of 12 months. While the tally isn't quite as much as what the Japanese carmaker used to push in previous years, it still puts the company well on track to reach a significant milestone: the sale of its one millionth vehicle.

Honda Malaysia hit the 900,000-unit mark back in 2019, so it's only matter of time before the bell dings to mark the company's entry into seven figures. To commemorate the imminent achievement, Honda Malaysia has rolled out seven special edition models, namely the Jazz, City, BR-V, HR-V, Civic, CR-V and Accord. All seven models add up to a prize tally worth RM1,000,000, and they look pretty neat too, with each one sporting black-on-white exteriors with sporty red accents inside and out. But there's a catch: none of them are for sale.

The only way to get your hands on any of these '1 Million Edition' models is to participate in the '1 Million Dreams Campaign', which Honda Malaysia is running until 24 March 2021. There are six ways to participate, each offering varying numbers of entries. Easy things to do like playing an online game and test driving a Honda grant participants one entry each while those who register a brand new Honda during the contest period instantly earn four. Signing up for the HondaTouch app, servicing a Honda or booking a brand new ride are other ways to collect entries. In fact, HondaTouch users earn five times more entries, so you might want to download it from the App Store if you're serious about winning.

Interestingly, three of the seven cars up for grabs can only be attained by participating through one of Honda Malaysia's campaign partners. The City is reserved for a lucky Cuckoo customer; the only way to win the HR-V is through Shopee's in-app Lucky Prize game; and the winner of the BR-V will be drawn from Watsons customers who spend a minimum of RM50 on a single receipt.

It goes without saying that the more entries you have, the higher your chances are. More details can be found on Honda Malaysia's official campaign site and all authorised dealerships.

Which of these seven do you have your sights on?
