Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (HMSB) has also reacted to the new government’s review of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and set it to 0 per cent effective 1 June 2018. And considering the upcoming Raya celebrations, the company will support customers who plan to purchase a new Honda vehicle before Hari Raya via its GST Bonus.

This means that from now until 31 May 2018, HMSB will absorb the six per cent GST for selected Honda car purchases made (see table below). Customers will also be entitled to the on-going “Welcome Ramadhan Rewards” Honda bonus. The models involved in the GST Bonus are City (Petrol variants), Civic, CR-V, and HR-V.

Other models in HMSB line-up however (Jazz, BR-V, Accord, Odyssey, Civic Type R, Jazz Hybrid and City Hybrid), are not included in the GST Bonus, although they still come with the “Welcome Ramadhan Rewards” campaign.
