Regal Motors Holdings Sdn. Bhd. has upgraded its Proton outlet in a very big way, in fact shifting its previous outlet in Old Klang Road to a new facility in Section 13, Petaling Jaya. The new 3S centre is built on a 1.2 acre land, with a building that has 12 service bays and 6 hoists, plus space for another six hoists ready to use when there is a need for it.
“To serve our customers better, we have decided to open a new 3S outlet here in Section 13. We believe the location is ideal for people to access our outlet. Moreover, the area here is larger and thus this will enable us to provide better facilities for customers’ convenience. The entire outlet has been enhanced to ensure customers can walk into the outlet and they could instantly feel the warmth of the entire area. The outlet has been built to make sure it looks like a lifestyle outlet with ample space to move and shop around,” said Philip How, managing director of Regal Motors Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
As usual with larger service centres, customers have a clear view of the work area while waiting in the waiting lounge. Facilities include a kids’ room, free WiFi, and laptop charging stations.
The new 3S facility complements the body and paint centre also operated by Regal Motors located in Jalan PJS 7/23, Bandar Sunway. They expect to get 60 to 70 per cent increase of business activities due to the change, especially once the new Proton SUV is officially launched, itself believed to add 30 to 40 per cent of sales for Regal Motors.
The new Regal Motors 3S showroom in Section 13, PJ, is open everyday of the week, except for the service centre which is not open on Sundays.
