For those who don’t know yet, the Malaysia Autoshow 2018 is happening this weekend (26-29 April) at MAEPS, Serdang. And to those looking for some real action should visit the Proton booth, where you may get the chance to be driven by either Karamjit Singh or James Veerapan.

Considering the audience of Top Gear, you should know who these guys are, right? (In case you don’t anyway) Karamjit is three-time Asia Pacific Rally Championship winner and also won the 2002 Production Car World Rally Championship title. James, meanwhile, is a multiple race winner including the 2017 Sepang 1K endurance race.

In order to get into the passenger seat, one must either book a Proton model or merchandise and spare part during the show. On top of being driven by a rally champion, you can also get to see the Malaysian public debut of the race-winning Proton Iriz rally car built by Proton R3 at the show.
