BMW Group Malaysia has made special edition versions of the 330e and X5 xDrive40e with the addition of M Performance accessories. 300 units of each car will be made and available from now with a price of RM258,800 and RM390,800 respectively, evidently the same price as the current standard trims available for each vehicle with M Sport kit.

What comes with the M Performance accessories for the 330e are side skirts, side sill foils, lightweight side mirror housing in carbon, and front grilles now in high-gloss black. Additionally, there’s a front attachment in Matt Black, a rear spoiler and a rear diffuser, in addition to the aggressive M Performance dark tail lights that round up the look.

Inside, there’s stainless steel pedals and footrests by M Performance. The BMW 330e M Performance Edition are available in Sunset Orange, Black Sapphire, Estoril Blue or Alpine White; with the interior in Black Dakota Leather.

The X5 xDrive40e M Performance Edition meanwhile, gets pretty the same aerodynamic kit, except that the front end carbon front attachment and a rear spoiler in high-gloss black and carbon rear diffuser. It also gets the stainless steel pedals.

Colours available are Carbon Black, Mineral White or Space Grey. They are all paired with Black Dakota Leather for the interior, except of you choose the Carbon Black, which comes with a Terra Dakota Leather option.

Just so you know, every purchase of the BMW X5 xDrive40e (and other PHEVs namely 530e and 740Le) comes with a complimentary BMW i Wallbox Plus and BMW i AC fast charging cable. Sorry, doesn’t apply to the 330e though.
