Allianz has upgraded its motorcycle insurance plan for bikes under 250cc

Allianz General Insurance Company is now offering free roadside assistance for all of its comprehensive policyholders for motorcycles below 250cc. This added help comes from its Allianz Road Rangers, and the services include emergency towing assistance (free up to 50km), fuel delivery, battery, and flat tyre service.

This 'upgrade' all falls under the Allianz Motorcycle and Allianz Motorcycle Plus (both Comprehensive) coverage plans. In case of any mishaps, a call to their Allianz Road Rangers helpline will send either a technician or tow truck for all the assistance listed above from minor repair work to towing services to your workshop of choice.

The Allianz Motorcycle Plus also comes with other new additions which include accident coverage of RM10,000 (for death or permanent disablement), hospital income up to RM6,000 (RM100 per day up to 60 days) for comprehensive and third party policyholders with no extra charges. There is also the other usual stuff like theft, accident, and fire which are all covered as well.
