MINI Malaysia introduces Countryman JCW Design Edition

MINI Malaysia celebrates the arrival of the Year of the Rooster by introducing the MINI Countryman JCW Design Edition. From now until 31 March 2017 the car will be part of a special Chinese New Year campaign that includes a special financing interest rate of 1.25%.

The retail price (on the road and without insurance) for the new MINI Countryman JCW Design Edition with 5-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty with Free Scheduled Service is RM 242,888.00.

It will come with the Ultimate Protection Programme and Enhanced Road Warrior by MINI Insurance (underwritten by Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Bhd., as well as a 5-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty with Free Scheduled Service as complimentary.

During this campaign period, visitors to MINI dealerships as well new owners of the Countryman JCW Design Edition will receive festive ‘Ang Pow’ packets and MINI merchandises for test drives. As usual, there will be other activities to keep everyone entertained, such as Wheel of Challenges, Darts of Prosperity and Fortune Sticks.

The MINI Countryman JCW Design Edition comes with a body kit consisting of front splitter, side skirts, side scuttles, rear diffuser and door sill. The John Cooper Works Sport Stripes that run parallel at the flanks give it a more aggressive look.

Additionally, the new MINI Countryman JCW Design Edition is the only MINI to offer the new interchangeable MINI LED door projectors. This makes for a special experience when getting into and out of the car wherein as soon as the doors are opened, a graphic is projected onto the ground. In addition to the MINI logo, this also comes with a Union Jack design and a John Cooper Works design. As a result, driving the new MINI Countryman JCW Design edition is even more personalized and unique.

The engine is good for 190bhp and 240Nm (overboost to 260Nm), helping to hit 100kph in 7.8sec.

The new MINI Countryman JCW Design Edition is available in four paint finishes including Light White, Blazing Red, Starlight Blue and Jungle Green; all with Black roof and mirror caps.
