Fresh from the success of their last initiative with BMW Motorrad Auto Bavaria, premier Swiss watches marque Tissot decided to end 2018 on a bang by partnering with the folks from RocX Enduro Malaysia and the latter’s official launch.

Held just before the recent Christmas and New Year holidays on Dec 23 was the Tissot RocX 2018 launch. The event served as the official launch of the RocX Enduro Malaysia off-road park located in Kemensah, just outside Hulu Kelang, Selangor.

Coordinated by Skills On Wheels, Tissot RocX 2018 hosted over 200 invited guests, mostly active and avid members from the ever-growing local off-road motorcycling community. The launch also served as yet another avenue for Tissot Malaysia’s on-going initiative towards rider safety, this time towards members of said community.

Speaking of which, avid local motocross and enduro bike riders can now visit RocX Enduro Malaysia to sate their dirt-busting needs. The park consists of several trails of varying difficulty levels cutting across some of the Kemensah valley’s lush forest, which in turn makes them the perfect adventure trail of sorts.

That aside, RocX Enduro Malaysia also houses a dirt track that’s designed for the avid motocross rider in mind. Complete with jumps, ruts and elevation changes, its something any avid dirt-buster can savour in.

On top of that, RocX Enduro Malaysia also serves as a complete one-stop centre for two-wheeled off-roading. Housed within the park is a service workshop, bike storage services, bike and ATV rentals, as well as a store retailing motocross apparels and gears from major brands and labels.

During the launch event, invited guests and visitors were able to view all that RocX Enduro Malaysia had to offer first hand through the specially organised dirt bike and ATV tours through the premise and some of its trails. There was also a kid’s fun race held that kept things family-friendly.

Adding excitement here too were special stunt riding shows by renowned local trial bikes crew Pangkolo Riders. There was also a basic off-road riding safety talk featuring legendary local GP bikes and motocross racing veteran Oh Kah Beng.

And beyond the variety of food trucks and pop-up vendors, Tissot Malaysia once again held their special pop-up store ‘garage’ here too. The Swiss watchmaker had the bulk of its current offerings present here on display, with many also offered with special and exclusive discounts during the event.

Just like in their last pop up, guests who purchased Tissot timepieces during Tissot RocX 2018 were also treated with a special lucky draw. Besides exclusive prizes from Tissot, as well as RocX Enduro Malaysia and its partners, there was yet another limited edition MotoGP-inspired Tissot timepiece standing as the draw’s grand prize.

Back to RocX Enduro Malaysia, this premium two-wheeled dirt-buster’s haven is now open for all to experience. For more information, RocX Enduro Malaysia can be contacted through their official Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as through phone or WhatsApp messenger (+6019 – 339 9595).
