Today is the 17th of October, right? Ahh, that means the new Audi A7 hatchback will be unveiled in two days time, if only based on a teaser tweet in the company’s twitter account.

Of course, the image provided is nothing but a vague silhouette of the upcoming vehicle, its coupe four-door fastback shape unmistakable of course, being one of the original swoopy modern sedan with such design.

The A7 is one of the more high-end models available from the brand, positioned to be a sportier vintage as compared to the domineering Q7 SUV or stately A8. For that, you can probably expect some sort of hybrid and semi-autonomous driving tech to be part of the package, likely lifted from the latest-gen A8 (pic below) for that matter.

Question is, will the new car also appear at next week’s Tokyo Motorshow? We hope so.
